TPO MEMBRANES

Our TPO gives you the option of a reliable, cost-effective roofing solution.
We reinforce our membranes with a polyester fabric and manufacture them using an ultraviolet-resistant thermoplastic polyolefin formulation.
We developed our TPO formulation to allow for extreme pliability, flexibility and weldability during the installation.

MEMBRANES

With over three decades of experience producing modified bitumen, we understand the science of formulating systems that last. Our SBS is a premium modified bitumen engineered specifically for elasticity. It is made to withstand even the harshest environments.
SBS is the most customizable of our low-slow commercial roofing products with glass, polyester and composite reinforcements. It can be installed with the widest variety of application methods including cold applied, heat weld, self-adhered, mechanically fastened, and hot applied applications.  APP and BUR are used as well.

LIQUID APPLIED ROOFING SYSTEMS

Our liquid-applied systems provide seamless waterproof membranes that are easily applied and conform to any penetration shape. This system is ideal when faced with a confined urban space, numerous roof penetrations or restricted use of hot asphalt or heat welding.
